Danny from Girlie Action was in town and gave me an opportunity to preview the Zune. The design of it is OK but nothing innovative. I should actually say that the design is clunky. The whole Zune project is a disappointment. Microsoft should’ve done better.
Pros:

Cons:
• No click-wheel
• Not cross platform compatible
• Nothing close to innovative
vNES is a Nintendo Entertainment System emulator programmed in Java and also a great way to waste a couple of hours. Enjoy.

Wired magazine’s NextFest was held here in Chicago at Navy Pier. NextFest is an international gathering of companies, and people, that are involved in new and emerging technologies. NextFest featured electronic paper, medical imaging, cars, video games, cloned cats and robot djs.
